Fear of Being Alone


The fear of being alone also known as Autophobia affects many of us at one stage at our lives but unfortunately it’s  a lot more difficult for some to deal with than others. The fear of being alone overnight is understandable for most as its dark & who isn’t or hand been afraid of the dark at some stage of their lives. However some people are afraid no matter what time of the day or night it is, they fear being by themselves which can be a real problem.
